Your Donation Can Change Peoples' Lives

The HOPE Organization is a non-profit group dedicated to assisting survivors of abuse within polygamous relationships
on their courageous journey to personal freedom.

Your tax-deductible donations to The HOPE Organization will help us offer support, protection, assistance, choices, opportunities and hope for the women and young adults (both boys and girls) who have been forced out or who have chosen to leave this lifestyle.

HOPE's staff is comprised of non-salaried, dedicated volunteers whose goal is to help anyone desiring to leave the environment of polygamy including underage brides, women wanting to leave, and the "lost boys" - young men who are cast away like unwanted pets.

HOPE's office and our administrative expenses are paid for by a private foundation and there are no salaried (paid) persons in our organization. We use the donations sent to us by the general public to spend on assisting victims of polygamy to successfully transition into mainstream society.

Your contribution would be greatly appreciated; your generosity will help change people's lives!

The HOPE Organization is an IRS 501(c)(3) charity.   Our non-profit IRS number is 01-0814119.

We are registered with the Internal Revenue Service, the Utah Department of Commerce and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection as Hope for the Child Brides - DBA - (doing business as) The HOPE Organization.

HOPE has 3 funds set up for donations:
  1. General Assistance Fund - pays for food, clothing, household items, utility deposits, emergency medical/dental bills, counseling, etc.

  2. Education Fund - pays for vocational training, high school/GED program, secondary education, basic computer classes, books, tutoring, etc.

  3. Transportation Fund - pays for emergency transportation and moving costs, vehicle registration fees and insurance, necessary car repairs to keep the vehicle running safely, purchase of reliable used cars to enable these victims to work, etc.
If you have a preference for your donation to go into a particular fund, please note that with your contribution.

We are also informing the general public about the allegations of physical, psychological, sexual, emotional and financial abuses occurring within the secretive "closed" polygamous communities.   Presentations, videos and speakers are available upon request for local groups, so the public can become more informed about the polygamous culture.
